Josh Rampi, MA, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Josh brings a blend of humor, compassion, and practical insight to his work with clients. For over 20 years, he has helped individuals navigate life's challenges while creating a safe and supportive space where growth, resilience, and lasting change can take root. He helps clients explore deeper patterns that may be holding them back, often using metaphors and shared reflection to connect the dots in ways that feel natural, meaningful, and empowering.
Josh works with adults and young adults (18+) navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity concerns, trauma, and seasons of feeling stuck, disconnected, or emotionally burdened. His approach is relational, thoughtful, and collaborative, while also offering practical tools and honest reflection along the way. He believes therapy should feel both grounding and genuine; a place where clients can feel understood while also challenged toward deeper awareness and healing.
Josh graduated from Bethel Seminary. He offers EMDR therapy as part of his work with clients. He integrates EMDR alongside relational and insight-oriented approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward lasting healing and growth.
“Vulnerability is the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, courage, empathy, and creativity.”
