Dan Rotach, DMin, LMFT

Dr. Dan Rotach is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and works primarily in counseling Christian workers and ministry personnel. After serving as a lead pastor for almost 18 years, Dan sensed a calling to a ministry of “coming alongside” pastors through counseling and therapy. Dan is also a credentialed mediator and intervenes in churches that are facing conflict or other difficult transitional matters. It has been Dan’s privilege to serve as intentional interim pastor in a number of churches. He is an adjunct professor at Bethel University where he teaches undergraduate and graduate students in areas of psychology, family systems, conflict management and sexuality.
